Dear Luke and Lee I felt I just needed to let you both know how absolutely delighted I am with my new bathroom. I had been looking at a new bathroom for over 6 years but dreaded the whole process of arranging it. I had several quotes from plumbers and many glossy bathroom magazines given to me to choose what I would like but I was unsure what was appropriate for my small bathroom and felt overwhelmed hence did not go any further. My sister had recently had two bathrooms designed by lee and highly recommended him to me. From my first contact with Lee he was professional and skilled in his role. He listened to my needs and designed a functional and beautiful bathroom. He did not leave me to choose on my own he helped me and guided me through the whole process. I needed to take the needs of my 85-year-old mother into account and Lee ensured her needs were met while not compromising on style. The fitters were efficient, reliable and a pleasure to have in my home. The whole team involved were excellent from start to finish and I highly recommend them.
