1. items are on a leadtime of approximately 2 weeks.

2. Site delivery is £50.

3. Please check and ensure above items are what you required.

4. Once you’ve agreed to the terms, you confirm your agreement to quantity, specification and price.

5. No cancellations or alterations are allowed for these special order items once placed.

6. You are liable for the cost of the order.

7. You are agreeing that damages or faults must be reported prior to cutting and installation as supplier accepts no liability once cut/installed.

8. Prices are retail excluding VAT.

9. Darker colours show scratches and marks more easily, and should be treated with extra care and attention during and after installation.

10. Franke sink module prices do not include price of Franke sink.

11. You are signing to accept that any damages or faults must be reported prior to installation or cutting as no liabilty by us will be accepted after this point.
